Simple Western generates data in two primary formats: the electropherogram (peak view) and the (lane view). The peak view presents protein detection as quantitative peaks on an electropherogram, where the area under each peak corresponds directly to protein abundance—enabling precise, automated quantification free from subjective interpretation. The digital band view mimics traditional Western blot bands but in an electronic, highly reproducible format, offering a familiar visualization for quick assessment of protein size and presence across samples. Both views are automatically produced, ensuring clear, publication-ready results that facilitate easy data interpretation and robust comparison between experiments.
