Safety Assessment

Assess cytokine release in response to therapeutic antibodies.

Evaluate your test article for its potential to lyse red blood cells.

Evaluate your test article to bind or activate primary cells from multiple species.

In-Vitro Bioservices

Evaluate your test article to bind or activate primary cells from multiple species

Predict the potential magnitude of complement-mediated target lysis

Evaluate your therapeutic antibody for internalization and antibody drug conjugate cytotoxicity potential

Immuno-Oncology

iQ’s immune checkpoint inhibitor binding assay is a reliable method to screen potential candidates that interfere with the binding between checkpoint inhibitors and their ligands. We have developed a flow cytometry-based assay to demonstrate therapeutic molecule-mediated blocking of immune checkpoint inhibitor interaction with its ligand.

Evaluate your immune checkpoint (CTLA-4, PD-1, TIM-3, LAG-3, TIGIT, OX40, GITR, etc.) biologic or small molecules in functional assays.  Assays can be performed with appropriate cell lines that express your biologically relevant target or with primary cell lines using antigen-specific or non-antigen specific approaches.

Cellular Products

PBMCs include a variety of lymphocytes from the most abundant to less frequent such as
T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells.

Used for a wide variety of immunology-based applications.

The spleen acts as a blood filter and the isolated splenocytes consist primarily of B cells and T cells but also followed by antigen presenting cells, and some innate lymphocytes such as NK cells or NKT cells.

Used as a simple and easy way to obtain a good number of immune cells to perform population analysis and/or functional assay.

The bone marrow also contains precursor and mature B cells to also perform population analysis as well as functional assays.

A good source to obtain hematopoietic stem cells to perform population analysis and differentiate into lymphocyte and myeloid lineages.

What Our Clients Say About Us

We are a small biotech company that critically depends on outside reagents and reliable contract research to move therapeutic candidates forward. We have turned to IQ Biosciences for access to their quality cellular reagents (including primary lymphocytes), ability to perform a wide range of in vitro assays to support our validation path, and their experience in designing and executing preclinical in vivo studies. I have been extremely pleased with their ability to execute work plans on time, communicate effectively, and apply a high level of scientific rigor that is unparalleled in my experiences with other contract organizations. Importantly, they care about the progress of our research and development.
Kyle L., Senior Scientist, AvidBiotics
The data from the PK/PD ELISA & FACS turned out great. Our client was very pleased with the turnaround time and thorough analysis.

Anne P., In-Vivo Technologies
Your cryopreserved samples worked out great! Saved me a lot of time from isolating them myself. Only thing was you put more cells in the vial than what was on the label but I just diluted it more after counting. Thanks again.
