iQ Biosciences offers the following types of cytotoxicity assays:

Antibody-Dependent Cell-Mediated Cytotoxicity (ADCC) Assay

Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity is one mechanism by which therapeutic antibodies lyse cancer cells through the release of cytolytic molecules. We offer multiple options for ADCC assessment at iQ, including reporter assays, primary cell ADCC with PBMCs or isolated NK cells as effectors, and options for flow cytometry or colorimetry measurement of target cell death. Our reporter assay provides a robust and consistent approach for characterization, lot potency assessment, and stability testing for antibody therapeutics, while our primary cell assays provide functional validation of ADCC activity as a mechanism of action.

Complement-Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC) Assay

Together with you, iQ will design assays to provide robust and consistent approaches to obtain results that can be used to functional characterize your antibody for bioactivity or guide preclinical translation from in-vitro to in-vivo efficacy prediction.
