iQ Biosciences offers the following types of In-Vitro Bioservices:
Antibody-Dependent Cell-Mediated Cytotoxicity (ADCC) Assay
Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity is one mechanism by which therapeutic antibodies lyse cancer cells through the release of cytolytic molecules. To measure cell death, we use an effector cell line stably expressing the V158 high affinity FcγRIIIa receptor and NFAT response element to drive expression of firefly luciferase upon activation. Our assay provides a robust and consistent approach for characterization, lot potency assessment, and stability testing for antibody therapeutics. We also offer other options to measure cell death by flow cytometry or colorimetry.
Complement-Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC) Assay
Together with you, iQ will design assays to provide robust and consistent approaches to obtain results that can be used to functional characterize your antibody for bioactivity or guide preclinical translation from in-vitro to in-vivo efficacy prediction.
